Deleting a Credit Order Reasons

1. When you first enter the Credit Order Reasons option a Select An Option window will appear; select the Credit Order Reason you wish to delete.

2. Command options will appear:

• Change – Select Change to make changes to the credit order reason.
• Delete – Select Delete to delete the credit order reason.
• Exit – Select Exit to exit and return to the Select An Option window.

Select Delete.

Note: You cannot delete a credit order if records associated with the credit order are found in the system history.
